Michael Jordan to appear on cover of NBA 2K11
Posted by ThomasG | Filed under Uncategorized |

Michael Jordan will finally grace the cover of a basketball game. In the PlayStation One era, the NBA Live series of games were always exciting. You could play as any of the new rookies, or you could create your own team – pretty much do anything. But you could never play as Michael Jordan on the Bulls. It was most likely due to financial reasons. Because of this, Jordan never appeared on the cover.
But in the modern era of gaming, the NBA 2Kseries crushes the basketball competition. Finally 12 years later, he will be on the cover of NBA 2K11. All the rumors had Lebron, Tyreke Evans, or Derrick Rose as the favorites to make the cover, but our sources at Stack Clothing tell us that Jordan will be chosen.
With Jordan recently becoming the majority owner of the Charlotte Bobcats, he will also be the first team owner to endorse the 2K cover & series. The series also plans to expand even more historic players in their “NBA Legends” compendium.
All of us here are extremely excited to be able to play as Jordan, and play Jordan vs Kobe. Many Ohio fans will be trading Jordan for Lebron, and will finally bring a title to Cleveland. Most likely they will make Jordan a player with God-mode on. But it will be amazingly fun.
We have to wait until E3 Expo in June until the game is officially unveiled. But here is BDL’s ‘exclusive first look’ at the cover:

…where amazing happens…
Fashionable Living: Dominion Table
Posted by ThomasG | Filed under Uncategorized |

By designer Michal Maciej Bartosik.
Description from site:
Dominion is a series of light objects that reproduce the abstract universal plane ad infinitum. Akin to the voyaging monolith of Stanley Kubrick’s Space Odyssey and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe’s Clearspan Pavilion, they are ambiguous in form and scale; they exist as both solids and voids. At once furniture, at once follie, they delineate instances of the Cartesian grid upon which space is organized.

I just recently saw this McDonald’s commercial during the playoffs and later found out it first aired 3 months ago.
I watch TV all the time and to have missed this commercial makes me angry.
This is one of my favorite commercials.
Reminds me of the OG McDonald’s commercial w/ Jordan & Bird.
Even back in the days, I recall how dope that commercial was.
It’s amazing how basketball has evolved as well as technology.
Lebron James & Dwight Howard’s McDonald’s Commerical:
Now, to the original: Jordan & Bird
For you Jordan lovers, here is another you probably remember:
Sick commerical!

Quest To Repeat!

Lakers dominated game 1 against Nash and Co.
Now just 7 wins away from repeating as the Champs, it’s only matter of time before they are crowned.
To be honest, I was rooting for King James and his crew.
But since they are out, how can I not pick the team from L.A.?!?
I see Lakers taking the Suns in 5… and the Finals in 6.
Check this video of Kobe on his Quest of watching Quest:
Also, check out the YOMAMA CREW.
As quoted from their point of view:
This is the story of 3 young brothas from OC. Together they are known as The YoMama Crew. Originally formed in 2004 at UCI, YoMama Crew was destined for greatness upon inception. Anthony Lee, Mike Song, and Victor Kim vowed to change the world using the power of music, dance, and comedy as a means of breaking down stereotypes and fighting injustice worldwide. Together they have compiled the ultimate variety show unlike anything the world has seen before.
Mike Song’s solo act is off the hook!
LFA?!?

So this hype on this new Lexus supercar…
Is is worth the price?
Even if you had the money to buy this $400,000 ride, you need to be qualified to own one.
What you get for $400,000:
4.8L V10, 552HP
202mph top speed
0-60 in 3.6 sec
carbon fiber construction

Super sick car, but not worth spending half a million.
Instead you can get a GT-R worth quarter of LFA’s price tag.
GT-R spec:
3.8L twin turbocharged 24 valve V6
485HP
193mph top speed

check this video out and see the comparisons of these 2 beautiful rides:
not a bad race..

We’re back from Vegas.
Left to Vegas at 9:30 pm on Friday.
Got there at 1:00 am.
Played some poker first night.
Played for 2 hours and didn’t win a single hand. Geez!
Waiting for friends and ended up losing more money on slots.
Bad first night.
Went back to the room around 6:00 am and passed out.
Woke up 6 hours later and ate at the Grand Lux Cafe.
Went back to the room to play a tourney on FullTilt poker.
Ended up losing within the first 30 mins.
Some of the boys checking out the peepz chillin by the pool:

The boys ended up going to the strip club with a limo service.
Left at the hotel with Anthony and my brother.

Made a bet on the Lakers game 3.
Since Utah was favored by 5, we took Lakers.
Also we parlayed that the score would be over 203.
This was the best bet we made on this trip.

Bet $200
Cashed out $720!

John f***in around with a condom:

Some slept early and ended up with a condom next to their mouth >)
Won’t post those pictures cuz they might get mad. hahah!
Night time.. played some more slots. won a lil bit.
ended up at the poker table and won more.
my friends Anthony calls me while I’m playing slots and tells me he won a cool “g”

With his other winnings, he ended up cashing out $1,400 plus on that session.
Ended up at the Grand Lux Cafe around 4 am and was treated to bomb food courtesy of Anthony!

Overall for me, it was a free trip as I won all money back and was able to pay for the trip with my winnings!
Came back home with the same amount I took to Vegas = Good Shit!

Up For A Challenge?
Posted by sMoKes | Filed under Uncategorized |
It’s called the “durrrr” challenge.
Sounds dumb, but this guy is challenging anyone on FullTilt to play him one on one for your lunch money.
Tom “durrrr” Dwan is putting up $1.5 million dollars to any challenger’s $500,000.
He is going to play four tables, heads up, at $200 to $400 stakes.
Dwan says there will be 50,000 hands minimum.
Here is the criteria.
If the heads up player is up even $1 after the 50,000 hands, he gets Dwan’s 1.5 million.
If Dwan is up at the end, he gets the $500k.
Sounds fair, right? He’s giving you 3 to 1 odds!
If you had the money, would you take him up for this challenge?

You can see him playing in the biggest games Fulltilt offers and this guy is playing multiple tables with hundreds of thousands of dollars on each table.
He is only 23 years old and has made millions playing online poker.
His two confirmed challengers are top pros… they are
Patrik Antonius:

and
Phil Ivey:

I would be very shocked if Tom Dwan can turn some profit off this challenge.
Just can’t imagine him winning giving his opponents 3 to 1 odds.
If I was a pro and had millions of dollars to throw around, I would definitely take this offer up on this challenge.
But for now, I’ll stick to my low buy-ins.
Why can’t somebody sponsor me so I can play in the bigger games.
any takers? you can contact me and offer to sponsor me anytime. =)
