Got invited to “Endless Summer” hosted by MYNINJA X SHOETURE. Ended up crusing with part of our team to have a few drinks and to network. The party was popping w/ open bar by Ketel One, free tacos, & can’t forget the ice cream truck.

Coming Soon..

Been hella busy this summer..
Taking care of all the new designs and printing them out. Getting all the size labels & bottom hem labels sewed on… Having street artist tag up our walls… Going to the Magic Convention in Vegas… Moving to a new office… Had a successful launch party… List goes on and on…….
It’s been so hectic @ our office having to move everything right after our party, but slowly everything is coming together. I’ll update more as things come about.

Stack Poker Tourney

August 21, 2010 – We held a poker tourney with 45 people @ our office. Things didn’t plan out perfectly as I wanted to with the tournament starting later than planned. But overall, we had a good time and the after party was popping with live dj’s from NoTechnoRecords.

Long day today. Getting everything ready for our tournament/party, calling people to confirm, PICKING UP THE SHIRTS!

Within this day and age, the requirements for being an artist are always evolving… the bar is raised higher and higher for the new comers, and the ones who are established must constantly come up with innovative ways to stay in the game. Cryptik, a young artist based out of Los Angeles, has created a movement that begs the patron to question their beliefs and current state of mind… whether we’re reflecting within our own thoughts, or reaching for a higher state of consciousness through our outward actions, religious practices, and relationships, the mystical ideas conveyed through Cryptik’s art challenges us to make our own connections and find our own meanings.
Here at Stack, we’re always excited to collaborate with talented, emerging artists. The building owner gave us the OK to re–do / beautify the entire structure… so over the weekend, Cryptik put up two murals at the Stack office on N. Spring St. Deacon and I have been viewing this event as the beginnings of a beautification process that will be taking over the streets of Los Angeles. Cryptik’s work will be featured at the Stack Party…Also, be sure to look out for more of his art on the streets and in local art galleries.

Darth Vader robs NY bank

Bank robbery is no laughing matter, but when a man walked in to a Chase Bank in Long Island, New York, the staff and customers thought it was a joke. The Sith Lord then took out a handgun and demanded the cash. One customer still tried to joke with Lord Vader, but that stopped quickly as Vader, with gun in hand, screamed, “This is not a joke” to the cashiers.
Vader came in wearing his mask, a long black cloak, and a pair of camouflage combat trousers.
Death Star utilities are pretty expensive. He must need the money to buy some new black pants.
Vader is still at large, and perhaps next time he strikes, he will be in full uniform. As of Sunday night, the bank is still verifying the amount taken from it’s cashier drawers.
